Return Policy

Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return the eligible product(s) in the original packaging for a refund in accordance with our returns policy. Any product(s) that have been damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return. International orders are final sale.  

Items ending in .97 are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.


How do I make a return?

To make a return submit your return request to hello@shopbsole.com with your ordering email address and order number.

How many days do I have to make a return?

You have 14 days from the delivery date to submit your return request.

What items are returnable?

Most shoes and handbags are returnable within 14 days of the delivery date. Accessories and customized bags CANNOT be returned. Items must be unworn with tags attached and original packaging. All items MUST be returned in protective packaging to reduce damage during handling. All shoes MUST be returned in the original and then packaged durably. Free from tape and stickers. Damaged returns will NOT be accepted. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

The following items are excluded and cannot be returned:

  • Any accessories
  • Any customized items
  • Free gifts or promotional items
  • Items ending in .97 are final sale 
  • Worn items
  • Items with signs of wear.
  • Shipping fees

Can I get my money back?

Yes!  If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return the eligible product(s) in the original packaging for a refund (minus shipping fees) in accordance with our returns policy. 

For all returns after 14 days, we issue store credit only. 

Unfortunately, items ending in .97 are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Are there any return fees?

Return shipping postage is the sole responsibility of the customer. 

If you receive the wrong item or a faulty product we will cover the return cost.

How soon will I receive my refund or store credit?

Once we have received your return, please allow up to 3-5 business days for your refund or store credit to be issued.
